Too Cool (in a geeky-crochet way) not to share!

Anyone that's crocheted anything knows that the standard way to start a new row is to turn and chain three. It's okay, but the edge is usually not really that straight. . .

Well, here's a way to start a row with a double crochet--with NO chain three AND a very neat edge!!!

Yay! I'm in geeky crochet heaven!

  1. I tested a pattern where someone didn't do a ch-3 and just started the next row-it worked out great, but was so hard to get into the habit of not doing a ch and turn.
